Rachel Hartwell
Rachel spent a decade running cloud and data-center infrastructure for a national health system before co-founding NymbiLabs in 2016. After leading a migration that ran eleven months late, she decided mid-market companies deserved an operating partner, not another consultancy. She holds a BS in Computer Engineering from NC State and still reviews every client's quarterly roadmap.
Mark Delaney
Mark was a solutions architect at AWS, where he helped enterprises design large-scale migrations — and watched mid-market companies get priced out of good help. At NymbiLabs he owns the platform: automation tooling, the monitoring stack, and the internal "NymbiOps" framework the engineering pods run on.
Danielle Meyers
Danielle has run MSP operations for 15 years, from help desks to a 200-person NOC. She joined NymbiLabs in 2018 to build the 24/7 operations center and now leads all client engineering pods. Her rule: every incident postmortem produces at least one automation ticket.
Tom Whitaker
Tom joined in 2019 after a career in mid-market IT sales. He runs revenue and channel partnerships (AWS, Microsoft) and insists that a NymbiLabs engineer joins every first sales call. He is famously the only non-engineer with NOC dashboard access.
Amy Caldwell
Amy built and led the security operations center at a regional bank before joining NymbiLabs in 2021 to launch NymbiShield. She is a CISSP and leads the 24/7 SOC, incident response, and the compliance practice (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI).
Greg Hunter
Greg owns onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and renewals. Before NymbiLabs he managed enterprise accounts at a national telecom. The 97.4% retention number is his scoreboard.
Laura Pennington
Laura joined as a fractional CFO in 2021 and came aboard full-time in 2023 as the company crossed $10M ARR. She keeps NymbiLabs profitable, founder-owned, and debt-free — and produces the transparent per-workload pricing clients see in every proposal.
